Live Race Website



The homepage of the Ultra-Trail Australia website will become the live site during the weekend of the event. The live site will have links to the following:

  • EVENT PHONE APP entitled 'Ultra-Trail Australia'. The event app is free and will itself provide links to live results (as well as the simplest way to follow the split times of specific runners), runner predictive tracking on a map based upon timing data, UTA Live TV, Facebook (event feed), competitor and support crew briefing documents and event schedule.

    Make sure you have the 2020 version by checking the App Store or Google Play for the latest update.


  • LIVE RESULTS from every timing point. The live results link is Live results will be automatically posted as soon as each runner arrives at each timing point. There are timing points at 13 locations on the UTA100 course including at each checkpoint. There are timing points at 7 locations on the UTA50 course including at Checkpoint 501. After the first timing point, the timing system, LiveTrail, will show runner splits as well as an estimate of the time that each runner is due to arrive at their next timing point.

  • LIVE PREDICTIVE TRACKING of the expected top 100km runners and top 50km runners, viewable via a course map.

  • UTA LIVE TV of the start line and finish line at Scenic World and various locations on course.

  • LIVE REPORTING AND PHOTOS via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Social media will be regularly updated during the event. Please feel free to tweet if you have any news, thoughts or comments before, during or after the race and don’t forget to use #UTA2019, #UltraTrailAustralia or within your tweet.

  • RUNNER PHOTOS for UTA 2019 can be found and purchased via Sportograf. They will be available in the 2 to 3 days after the event. Prior to that time you can register to receive and email reminder once the photos are ready to view.
