Pre-Event Buffet

The home cooked, hearty, not to be missed gathering of trail runners and families. The Ultra-Trail Australia pre-event buffet dinner will take place on the Friday evening at KCC main dining hall within Mountain Camp.

The following dinner sessions are available to book for Friday 15th May:
  • 5:00pm to 6:00pm
  • 5:30pm to 6:30pm
  • 6:00pm to 7:00pm
  • 6:30pm to 7:30pm
  • 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Bookings are essential and must be made by Friday 6th May.

DINNER MENU

DRINKS
  • Carafes of water and orange juice on tables
  • Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available

DINNER
  • Creamy Chicken and Pasta Soup
  • Roast lamb and chicken served with gravy and condiments -GF
  • Chargrilled vegetable stack (sweet potato, zucchini, eggplant, spinach, cottage cheese and tomato salsa) -GF, V

SIDES
  • Roasted vegetables (potatoes, pumpkin, onions, parsnip, sweet potato) -GF, V
  • Steamed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, squash, beans) -GF, V
  • Freshly baked bread -with GF option, V

DESERT OPTIONS
  • Pavlova with fresh cream and mixed berries -GF
  • Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate eclair
  • Fresh fruit platter -GF

Dinner includes gluten free (GF) and vegetarian (V) options. Further special diets can be accommodated on arrangement.

BUFFET BREAKFAST

Breakfasts are available on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the KCC Mountain Camp Dining Hall. Buffet includes eggs, bacon, various cereals (including GF), porridge, yoghurts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, toast, jam, butter, milk, orange juice, tea & coffee. Caters for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free and other dietary requirements.
